Ingredients
2tbsp Amara Spices Lakadong Turmeric
1tbsp Amara Spices C5 Ceylon Cinnamon
½ tbsp Amara Spices Whole Cloves
½ tsp Amara Spices Idukki Pepper
1tbsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
Preparation
Grind Amara Spices Whole Cloves, Amara Spices C5 Ceylon Cinnamon, Amara Spices Idukki Pepper, Green Cardamom and Ginger individually using a mortar-pestle.
Add Allspice powder to the ground spices. Mix all the ground spices. Store in an airtight container.
Add 1tsp of this spice mix to tea powder when brewing.
Relish this aromatic beverage on a lazy Sunday morning.
